Required Qualification: First class / Grade A / minimum 3.0 GPA with at least 16 years of education in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Data Science, Management Sciences or a related discipline from a recognized institution. PhD will be considered an asset.
Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in design, management, or evaluation of large-scale social protection, social registry, or MIS systems. Experience with dynamic/on-demand registries strongly preferred. Proficiency in Stata, R, or Python required. Familiarity with API-based data integration, administrative data linkage, GIS, and spatial data tools is desirable.

For Hybrid Social Protection Specialist (Monitoring & Evaluation):
Required Qualification: First class / Grade A / minimum 3.0 GPA master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution. PhD degree preferred.
Required Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in designing and conducting process evaluations or operational research studies, preferably in social protection programs.
