  • Stenotypist (BS-14): Intermediate with a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute.

  • Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BS-13): Intermediate with computer literacy.

  • Lower Division Clerk (LDC) (BS-11): Intermediate with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
